Alexander Frerk

Alexander Frerk has extensive management experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Manager at Camping Röders Park & Gasthaus Ebsmoor since January 2022 and previously holding various management roles at Edinburgh Leisure since December 2013, including Duty Manager and Operations Supervisor. Alexander's career began in culinary positions, with roles such as Sous Chef at Casablanca Restaurant and progressing through General Manager positions at several establishments, including Saoirse Holdings Ltd. and New & Old World Hospitality Ltd.
