Fiona Forrest-Anderson

Fiona Forrest-Anderson is a dynamic senior leader in higher education, currently serving as the Head of Employer Engagement at Edinburgh Napier University since October 2016, where a focus on strengthening connections between education and industry is prioritized to enhance student graduate outcomes. Previous roles at Edinburgh Napier include HR Partner for Inclusion & Development, leading the delivery of the Inclusion Strategy and overseeing EDI compliance. Fiona's extensive experience also includes significant positions within the British Army as Operations Support Officer and Operations Officer, along with HR roles at ScottishPower and Edinburgh Fund Managers. Educational qualifications encompass a MA Hons in History from the University of Aberdeen, a Pg Dip in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, and ongoing CIPD qualifications. Additionally, Fiona completed training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
