Kirsteen Grant

Kirsteen Grant is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University, where responsibilities include leading and teaching various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes both domestically and internationally. Kirsteen currently serves as Interim Head of Department and Deputy Director of Research, contributing to research strategy and governance within the Business School. Additional roles include Associate Director (Development) at the Scottish Institute for Policing Research, Lead External Examiner at Northumbria University, and External Examiner at Lincoln International Business School. Previous experience includes managerial positions at the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and NHS Ayrshire & Arran, with a focus on leadership development and organizational training. Kirsteen holds a PhD and an MSc in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching & Learning in Higher Education from Edinburgh Napier University.
