Rachel Bayes is an experienced professional in sports operations and event management, currently serving as Head of Operations at Edinburgh Rugby since April 2014. Previous roles include Operations & Events Manager and Project Lead for New Stadium Development at the same organization. Rachel also has project management experience from Rugby Spy, focusing on the inaugural Ibiza Rugby 10's tournament. Additional experience includes serving as Spectator Transport Manager at the Olympic Delivery Authority and as Relationship Manager for Lawrence Dallaglio. Rachel's extensive tenure with London Wasps from 2000 to 2010 included the role of Sponsorship and Events Manager.
