Holly Lane

Chief Financial Officer at EdIncites

Holly Lane is the Chief Financial Officer for EdIncites. Prior to this role, she was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Prairie Capital Funds.

Prior to joining Prairie Capital in 1999, Holly was involved in the purchase of the Affy Tapple Company in 1995, a Midwest Caramel Apple institution. As an owner, Holly was responsible for building the organization, including leading most functional areas within the company.

Prior to Affy Tapple, Holly was the Manager of Business Development at Video Arts, the U.S. subsidiary of the company founded by Monty Python comedian, John Cleese. This company produced and distributed educational videos, crafted with humor.

Holly began her career at Sara Lee Corporation, most recently as Manager, Special Projects. She led internal due diligence for corporate acquisitions and divestitures. Holly worked on a number of acquisitions for Sara Lee, including international hosiery companies, U.S. and international food businesses, as well as other consumer product entities. She started her career in the Sara Lee Internal Audit Department.

Holly received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a concentration in marketing and finance. Holly is also a CPA
