Polina Morozova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Polina began their career as a Corporate Receptionist at AMC Consultants in 2010 and later worked as a Corporate Receptionist at Weatherford in 2013. Polina then joined AECOM in 2013, where they held multiple positions including Administrative Assistant, Project Management Administrator, Project Secretary, and Project Control Engineer. During their time at AECOM, they worked on major infrastructure projects such as WestConnex and Easing Sydney's Congestion Program Office. In 2017, Morozova joined SMEC as a Senior Project Administrator, handling responsibilities for projects such as the South Gippsland Highway Level Crossing Removal and the Regional Rail Revival - Ballarat Line Upgrade. Polina also worked at Inland Rail as a DOORS NG Administrator on secondment in 2021. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Ediom Pty Ltd as an Engineering Coordinator.
Polina Morozova completed their education at RMIT University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Infrastructure Honours. Prior to that, they attended the University of Southern Queensland and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering in 2014. In addition to their degrees, Polina has obtained certifications in "TLIF2080 Safely Access the Rail Corridor" from Metro Trains Melbourne in September 2018 and "Construction Induction (White Card)" from WorkSafe Victoria in April 2016.
