Robert Brescia has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as an Estimator and Project Manager in the Interiors/Service division at EDiS Company since March 2017, Robert also manages Brescia Properties, LLC, a firm specializing in the buying, selling, and renting of homes and apartments, a role held since March 1999. Prior to these positions, Robert worked as a Realtor at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate from June 2013 to June 2018, representing buyers, sellers, and investors in single and multi-family property sales. Additionally, Robert held the position of President and COO at Brescia Construction, Inc. from March 1991 to December 2005. Educationally, Robert holds an Associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from Delaware Technical Community College and a degree in Marketing and Business from St. John Neumann. Robert was also a member of the Delaware & New Jersey Chapter of IFMA from 2015 to 2017.
