Katarina Dahlgren

Katarina Dahlgren is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for EMEA at Edisen since September 2021, where involvement in a recent globalization process highlights expertise in advising and supporting HR strategies. Prior to Edisen, Katarina held the role of HR Business Partner at GANT for a brief period, contributing to HR initiatives as part of the Global HR Team. From May 2017 to May 2021, Katarina was the Head of HR in Sweden for DreamHack AB/ESL Gaming, overseeing HR for an entertainment company within the esports sector, and previously served as HR Manager at MTG AB. Earlier in the career, Katarina worked at Microsoft as an Executive Business Administrator and at the Swedish Armed Forces as a Soldier. Katarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with a focus on Adult Work Life from Uppsala University.
