Subsequent positions at Caterpillar Inc. included significant leadership roles such as Analytics and Innovation Division Director and various product management positions, where Ken drove innovative strategies and product introductions that shaped the company's market presence. Ken has also contributed as Chief Product Officer at RISE™Robotics, focusing on electrification in construction, and has held advisory positions with organizations like the Edison Awards. Currently, Ken serves as Co-Founder and Chief Performance Officer at Dig Robotics, addressing challenges in mass excavation. An alumnus of Bradley University, Ken holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
