Steve Trantel

Steve Trantel has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, currently serving as the galley cook for Edison Chouest Offshore aboard the ECO Edison since October 2025. Prior to this role, Steve held various managerial and culinary positions, including Hospitality Manager at Track32 and Restaurant Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. Additionally, Steve has a rich background in kitchen management at Bellini's Italian Eatery, as well as a history of ownership in home improvement services and culinary roles across multiple restaurants since 1980. Steve's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from both the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and The American University of Rome.
