William Cano

William Cano is an accomplished legal executive with a diverse background in energy and corporate securities. They began their career as a mathematics teacher at Compton Unified School District and transitioned into a legal role at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where they advised clients on corporate governance and complex M&A transactions. Most recently, they serve as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Trio, following a significant tenure as Director and Managing Attorney at Southern California Edison, where they managed legal aspects of power procurement and corporate governance. Cano holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from Stanford University Law School.
