Kara Ryan

Kara Ryan is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller at Edison International since August 2023, Kara previously held various positions at CenterPoint Energy from 2013 to August 2023, including VP and Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller, Assistant Controller, and Manager of Regulatory Reporting. Prior to that, Kara worked at Transocean in Technical Financial Reporting and spent six years at Grant Thornton LLP as an Audit Manager. Kara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, both from Texas A&M University.
