Mark began a career in the HVAC industry as a contractor with Mark Shvartzman Air Conditioning and Heating Co. from 1994 to 1997. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and DDC Controls from Odessa University of Technology in Ukraine, which was obtained from 1976 to 1982.
