Kelly Martin

Kelly Martin is an experienced research professional, currently serving as Director of Research at Edison Research since August 2019, where oversight included the completion of the largest single-day survey project globally and management of a team of 15 coordinators. Responsibilities involved hiring and training 2,000 exit poll interviewers and ensuring the accuracy of election data broadcast live. Prior roles include Elections Project Coordinator, where Kelly coordinated reporting for the National Election Pool during the 2020 Election and managed over 400 staff. Kelly's background also includes internships at ABC News and CNN, where contributions supported political analysis and investigative reporting. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Global Studies, and Political Science from Hofstra University, complemented by extensive experience in media and project management.
