Steve Lemma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steve began working at MSNBC as a Media Relations Intern in January 2007. From there, they moved on to Rutgers University, where they served as a Content Producer and Operations Supervisor from September 2003 to June 2007. Following this, they briefly worked as the RU-tv Staff Coordinator at Rutgers University from August 2007 to June 2008. Finally, Steve joined Edison Research in June 2010 as the Director of Research. In this role, they have been responsible for designing and executing custom consumer research projects, creating client-facing dashboards using Tableau, leading a team for qualitative research, delivering multimedia presentations to various audiences and clients, reviewing study results, and managing national custom consumer exit polling projects.

Steve Lemma obtained a BA degree in Psychology and Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Applied Data Science and Python for Everybody Specializations from Coursera in July 2020 and June 2020, respectively.
