Michele Zaffarano

Michele Zaffarano has a strong background in project management and consulting, with a focus on SAP system implementation. Michele has worked for various companies, including Edison SpA, Accenture, and Comdata Tech. At Edison SpA, they served as Head of Processes, Compliance & Systems in the Accounting & Tax Department, where they were responsible for designing and evolving applications and processes supporting the department. Michele also had project leadership roles in key transformation initiatives and was the compliance focal point for the Finance Division. Prior to that, they held project manager positions at Edison SpA and Accenture, where they worked on various projects involving SAP system implementation and application design. Michele has experience in FI, GL, AP, AR, and CO modules and has worked with clients in various industries such as energy, manufacturing, and insurance. Michele Zaffarano, PMP®, obtained a degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Markets and Brokers from Università degli Studi Roma Tre from 1997 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014. Michele also completed a Corso di Perfezionamento in Energy Business and Utilities at MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business - Company in 2016. Currently, they are pursuing the 'Data Ninjas' learning path certification from Talent Garden Corporate Transformation, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
