Sonia Crippa

Sonia Crippa is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a robust background in gas and power asset optimization, contract management, and financial oversight. Since May 2001, Sonia has held multiple leadership roles at Edison, currently serving as the Group Gas Asset Optimisation, Contract Management and Shipping Director, where responsibilities include optimizing the gas asset portfolio and proposing hedging strategies. Previous positions at Edison include Head of the Gas & Power Business Optimisation & Performance Department and Head of the Business Planning & Control Department. Sonia also served as Chief Financial Officer of Eneco S.p.a, overseeing commercial operations. Earlier in the career, Sonia worked at Nestle S.A. as a Financial Controller and Junior Controller. Educational qualifications include degrees in economics from Università degli Studi di Milano and Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
