Michal Madura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business design and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Business Design Consultant and Marketing and Business Design Consultant at EDISONDA since September 2013. Recently, Michal took on the role of Area Leader for E-commerce and Consumer Markets at Grant Thornton Poland, starting in June 2024. Additionally, Michal has been a Guest Lecturer at Wydział Humanistyczny AGH since October 2015 and previously at Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera from June 2016 to June 2018. Experience in event management was gained as an Event Manager at WUD KRK from October 2015 to March 2018, and prior experience includes Project Manager at ISTV Media Sp. z o.o. and Editor in Chief and Radio Presenter at RADIO17. Academically, Michal holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from AGH University of Krakow, completed in 2012 and 2010, respectively.

Our team of 50+ seasoned designers, analysts, and researchers support start-ups and international corporations in the area of self-care, digital workplace, and eCommerce. We design and implement design systems, intranets, mobile applications, and bespoke business systems to increase organisations' digital maturity. We help at all stages of the project: from concept, through prototyping and visual design, to front-end development, implementation, and product management. UX research is an extremely important part of our work. To empathise with different users and understand their needs we conduct a lot of usability audits and user research. Since September 2017, we are part of the Grant Thornton Poland group - one of the world's largest audit and advisory organisations.
