They later founded BigDataHound before co-founding Revolve24, a company that organizes 24-hour relay race series. J Cromack continued their entrepreneurial endeavors by co-founding Wood for Trees Ltd, a data consultancy focused on improving fundraising and organizational performance for non-profit organizations. They also served as the CEO of Wood for Trees Ltd.
In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, J Cromack worked as an Executive Director at Insight-Analysis and OneSub. They then joined MyLife Digital, where they held various roles including Co-founder & Managing Director, Co-founder & Chief Innovation Officer, and Co-founder & CEO of the MyLife Digital Practice.
