Fady Saad

Fady Saad is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Senior Engineer at Edita Food Industries since October 2023, Fady is responsible for managing high-priority support calls and administering approximately 1,000 machines. Previously, at Orascom Construction PLC, Fady held roles as IT Senior Operations Support and IT Support Specialist, overseeing project management and the administration of various IT systems. Fady's career began at American Hospital as an IT Technical Support Engineer, followed by a position at Starco as Information Technology Help Desk Support. Fady also gained customer service experience at Orange Egypt. Fady holds a degree in Computer Science from Minufiya University.
