Pauline Germaux

Pauline Germaux is a seasoned professional in cell culture and laboratory analysis with extensive experience in biotechnology and microbiology. Currently serving as the Lead for Cell Culture Clones at EditCo Bio since March 2024, Pauline previously held the same position at Synthego Corporation, where responsibilities included planning production orders, team training, and collaborating on process improvements. With previous roles as a Cell Engineering Specialist and Associate, expertise includes high-throughput laboratory workflows, quality control, and process optimization. Prior experience at SGS involved conducting microbial analyses and method development, while earlier positions at Harrens Lab Inc. and Foothill College provided foundational skills in laboratory techniques and student mentorship. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California State University - East Bay and dual Associate’s Degrees in Chemistry and Biological Science from Foothill College.
