Ruth Kabeche

Ruth Kabeche is a highly experienced professional in scientific operations and engineered cells, currently serving as Manager of Scientific Operations at EditCo since March 2024. Previously, Ruth held various roles at Synthego Corporation from August 2019 to March 2024, including Manager of Scientific Operations and Lead Scientist in engineered cells, overseeing a team of five and specializing in CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing. Ruth's background also includes a postdoctoral research fellowship at Ludwig Cancer Research, focusing on cell division regulation, and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Additional experience includes teaching roles and undergraduate research positions, highlighting a strong foundation in microbiology and immunology.
