Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a focus on innovation in software development and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha Roon supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha Roon emphasizes a dynamic and reliable software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where solutions for self-sovereign finance were developed. Micha Roon has also contributed as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and in various advisory and board roles related to blockchain technology. Micha Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications in fintech and project management.
