Peter McCafferty

Peter McCafferty serves as the Chair at Nascha since July 2023 and is actively involved in the Quality, Audit and Risk Committee at Edith Cowan University from December 2021. A former CEO of ChemCentre, a renowned institution with over 120 years of expertise in various scientific fields, Peter has also been a Director on the Advisory Board for Curtin University’s School of Molecular and Life Sciences until February 2024. Additional notable roles include Deputy Chairperson at LifePlan Disability Services, Governor at the Western Australian Marine Science Institution, and volunteer member of the Science Review Panel for the Department of Water. Education includes a BSc in Chemistry from Curtin University and certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
