Founded in 1992, Éditions de La Martinière presents a catalog of illustrated books and novels each year.

Originally, four guidelines, photography, heritage, art and leisure, were brought together in the same house and testified to the identity of a brand carried by "enthusiasm, creativity , quality and a fierce desire to succeed ”, as Hervé de La Martinière wrote at the time.

Over the years, this catalog has grown to make Editions de La Martinière "the publisher of the great" in many fields. Photographers, loyal friends of the first days, like Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Hans Silvester, Olivier Föllmi, Éric Valli, mix new looks, those of Sebastiao Salgado, Jean Gaumy, Philip Plisson, Matthieu Ricard. In the field of gastronomy, the greatest chefs join the catalog, Régis Marcon, Christophe Felder, Alexandre Gauthier, Cyril Lignac, Pierre Hermé and many others. The biggest luxury houses reveal themselves with confidence, such as Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Piaget, Boucheron, Chaumet.

In addition, since 1995, La Martinière jeunesse has published books intended for toddlers as well as older children. Many authors and illustrators joined the adventure in order to transmit knowledge to young readers and offer them unique moments of escape.
