Maayan Shamsian

Maayan Shamsian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Research Assistant at EdiTy Therapeutics, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they held various roles including Graduate Research Assistant, Master Thesis Student, and Research Assistant from 2017 to 2021. Between 2016 and 2018, they worked as a Chemistry Tutor at The Center for Educational Technology (CET). Their earliest experience was with Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they served as a Training Specialist and later as a Squad Leader from 2010 to 2014.

Maayan Shamsian earned a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Biotechnology Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, graduating in 2019. Additionally, in March 2018, Maayan obtained a certification in the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals in Research from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
