Jyoti N.

Jyoti N. has over 20 years of work experience. Jyoti began their career in 1999 as an Executive in the Marcom & Operations Department at Indya.com. In 2000, they became a Senior Executive in the MD's office at Sports Media Pvt Ltd. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at Ness Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd, where they held various roles such as Senior Manager PMO & Delivery Operations, Manager PMO & Delivery Operations, and Senior Executive Delivery Operations. In 2018, they moved to Edkal Technologies Inc. as Head Business Operations. Currently, they are working at Accion Labs as a Client Partner, where they are responsible for building client relationships, managing client expectations, and demonstrating Accion capabilities in the client domain. Jyoti also contributes to organizational initiatives such as the Innovation program and margin improvement.

Jyoti N. has a long and varied educational history. Jyoti obtained their SSLC from Little Angels English High School Mumbai in 1990. Jyoti then attended Chetana's College Mumbai and obtained their FYJC in 1991. From 1991 to 1995, they attended PES Degree College, Bangalore, where they obtained their B.Com. In 2014, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Manipal University, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2019, they began attending Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where they are currently working towards a Master's Degree in HRM, with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Scrum.org (PSM I Certification, obtained in October 2020), CMMI Institute (CMMI Assessment Team Member, obtained in 2017), and TUV Rheinland (Internal Auditor).
