Jacob Burke has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations and Director of Culinary Operations for Edley's Restaurant Group, LLC since July 2021. Previously, Jacob held the position of General Manager at Edley's Bar-B-Que from February 2019 to September 2023, and at Pancho and Lefty's Cantina from February 2019 to May 2020. Jacob's management experience also includes roles as General Manager at O'Charley's from May 2016 to February 2019, Logan's Roadhouse from January 2014 to May 2016, and Beef 'O' Brady's from February 2012 to January 2014.
