Paul Tompkins

Paul Tompkins is an experienced professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Edley's Bar-B-Que since December 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Operations Director and Restaurant General Manager at O Charleys from May 2018 to December 2021. Paul also served as Director of Operations at Logan's Roadhouse for over 21 years, from December 1996 to May 2018.
