Paul Tompkins is an experienced professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Edley's Bar-B-Que since December 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Operations Director and Restaurant General Manager at O Charleys from May 2018 to December 2021. Paul also served as Director of Operations at Logan's Roadhouse for over 21 years, from December 1996 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, Paul was an Assistant Manager at Princeton's Restaurant from 1992 to 1996. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Alabama, earned between 1987 and 1992.
