Jeremy Huie

Jeremy Huie is an experienced attorney and Managing Partner at Edlin Gallagher Huie + Blum, a litigation firm specializing in product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort cases, particularly focusing on asbestos defense. Huie has been with the firm since 1997 and will assume the Managing Partner role in 2024. Prior to this, Huie served as a Law Clerk in the Hazardous Waste Section of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX, in 1995. Huie holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), obtained in 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Mass Communications, and Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, awarded in 1993.
