Madeline Martin

Madeline Martin is an Associate Attorney at Edlin Gallagher Huie + Blum, where tenure began in August 2022. Previously, Martin served as a Deputy Public Defender at Contra Costa Public Defender from August 2021 to July 2022 and held various positions with the office, including Graduate Law Clerk and Certified Law Clerk. Additional experiences include serving as a Certified Law Student at UC Hastings Community Justice Clinics and as a Certified Legal Intern with the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. Martin's early career included a role as a Legal Secretary at RAINS LUCIA STERN ST. PHALLE & SILVER, PC, and research assistance at Boston University's Dean of Students Office. Madeline Martin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Boston University.
