J.r. Locke

J.R. Locke has extensive experience in community development and business incubation, having worked in various leadership roles in companies such as EdLogics, Hampton University, EBM Executive Search Solutions, and Anthem Bluecross & Blueshield. Locke is currently the Vice President of Community Development at EdLogics, where J.R. is driving the Healthier Hampton Roads Health Literacy Community initiative to improve citizens' lives in Hampton Roads. Prior to this, Locke served as the Director of Development and Executive Director of the Hampton University Business Incubator. With a background in corporate and nonprofit sectors, Locke has been instrumental in mobilizing resources to enhance health literacy and promote healthier living in the community.
