Jeremiah Carroll

Jeremiah Carroll is the current Compliance Director at Edly. Jeremiah has previous experience working as the Audit Director, Regulatory Compliance at Santander Bank, N.A. from December 2018 to April 2021. Jeremiah's duties at Santander Bank consisted of overseeing and executing the annual compliance audit plan, validating regulatory and audit deficiency remediation activities, and oversight and execution of the annual internal audit regulatory compliance risk assessment. Jeremiah also drove the development of talent within the Compliance Audit team, including fostering an environment of learning and continuous improvement.

Jeremiah Carroll has an MBA from Southern Utah University and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the same school. Jeremiah is also certified from the Institute of Certified Bankers in CAFP.

Their manager is Christopher Ricciardi, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Cecilia Pan - Managing Director, Mayur Dodeja - VP, Engineering, and Harry Birch - VP, Product & Operations.
