Myles Shear has a diverse range of work experience in the music industry. myles began their career in 2011 as a Producer/Performer at Nexus. In 2013, they joined Kygo as a Manager, where they continue to work. That same year, they also became a Manager at Thomas Jack. Additionally, in 2013, Myles Shear co-founded EDM Sauce, where they serve as a Co-Founder.

Myles Shear obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
