Lacey Payne

Lacey Payne has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as an Officer at EDM Services, Inc. since October 2019, where leadership encompasses business operations, marketing, and engineering teams, focusing on the design and construction of water, sewer, oil, and gas facilities. Prior to this role, Lacey worked at Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group as an Engineer and Associate Engineer, contributing to various projects aimed at meeting water needs and developing infrastructure in the Central Valley. Internship experiences include positions at Plains Exploration & Production and Lactalis, where skills in production engineering and project planning were developed. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Fresno and has foundational studies in Physics and Pre-Engineering from California State University, Bakersfield.
