Mike Trimarchi

Mike Trimarchi is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Edmentum since July 2023. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Mike previously held the position of CFO at CommerceHub from May 2016 to March 2023, where additional roles included Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to that, Mike was Interim CFO and VP, Global Controller at AngioDynamics, and also served as VP, Corporate FP&A and Global Controller at Vistaprint. Early career experience includes positions at AngioDynamics and PricewaterhouseCoopers in auditing. Mike Trimarchi earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University at Albany between 1998 and 2002.
