James Whidborne

James Whidborne is a seasoned professional in fund management, currently serving as the Head of Fund Management Residential UK at Edmond de Rothschild since April 2019. Previously, James held the position of Head of UK Residential and Social Impact Fund Management at Cording Real Estate Group Limited from May 2019 to March 2020. With a strong background at Savills Investment Management from August 2006 to May 2019, James worked as a Fund Manager and Portfolio Manager, overseeing multiple funds including the CS Student Hall Fund and leading various transactions. Prior experience includes positions as a Surveyor at Savills and King Sturge. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading, a BSc in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Bristol, and the IMC in Investments and Securities from CFA UK Society.
