Inae Piercy

Inae Piercy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at NewMind Consulting since January 2013, Inae focuses on optimizing processes for parents, schools, and non-profit organizations. Concurrently, Inae has been a Broker Associate at Edmonds Realty since November 2013, facilitating transactions for commercial, multi-family, and residential properties. Inae founded Soundview School in 1996, successfully developing a 26,000 square foot campus on a three-acre site. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Novell and Hewlett-Packard Labs, where Inae specialized in network software, as well as positions as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Kaiser Permanente, Dominican Hospital, and Virginia Mason Clinic. Inae holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from Seattle University.
