Faye Britt

Faye Britt, Ed.D has a diverse work experience in education spanning over several years. Faye recently served as an Interim Principal at the Edmonds School District. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director at Listen2Lead LLC. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at the Ferndale School District No. 502, first as a Principal and later as the Executive Director of Teaching & Learning. Faye also gained experience as an Assistant Principal at Arlington Public Schools from 2005 to 2015. Faye started their career as a teacher, initially at Snohomish High School from 2000 to 2005, and then at the British international school Berlin from 1998 to 2000. Faye began their teaching journey at Wright Robinson Sports College from 1997 to 1998.

Faye Britt, Ed.D has a Bachelor of Education degree in Education from Leeds Beckett University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Faye later pursued a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from City University of Seattle, completing it from 2002 to 2005. Faye then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University between 2012 and 2015. Lastly, they earned a Superintendent Credential in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Washington University, completing it from 2017 to 2019.
