Terry Harris possesses extensive experience in governance, education, and corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Edmonton Catholic Schools since November 2017, Terry has held the position of Board Chair and currently chairs the Audit & Finance Committee, dedicated to delivering quality Catholic education and fostering lifelong learning. As the former President of Vantage Alliance Inc. from 2001 to 2018, Terry focused on enhancing sustainable results for clients throughout western Canada by leveraging human resources. Additionally, Terry has contributed as a Sessional Lecturer at The University of Lethbridge, teaching courses in Employment Relations and Employment Law, and served as the Director of Governance, Ethics, and Strategic Initiatives at the Alberta School of Business, where important educational partnerships and programs were established. Terry holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, specializing in Human Resources and Labour Relations.
