Randell Bailey

Randell Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management, strategic planning, and program coordination across various sectors. Currently serving as a Professional Photographer at RTavar Photography and a Change Management Analyst for the Government of Alberta, Randell has previously held pivotal roles such as People & Culture Business Partner at Edmonton International Airport and Policy Analyst at the Government of Alberta. Notable achievements include the successful implementation of Jamaica's National Child Diversion Programme, leadership in strategic planning at the Real Estate Board, and significant contributions to research and development at the Child Development Agency. Randell holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Caribbean University.
