Rosalie Russnak

Rosalie is a finance professional with diverse experience in senior positions at two prominent publicly traded companies headquartered in Edmonton. As Senior Manager, Forecasting at Canadian Western Bank, she excels at enabling strategic decision-making through financial modeling, creative problem-solving, and collaborating with senior leaders across the bank. Rosalie previously held the position of Director of Financial Reporting and Special Projects at Alcanna Inc, where she led the financial reporting and budgeting teams and took leadership positions in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning and other financial systems. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation at KPMG LLP in their audit function.

Her love of libraries began as a young Edmontonian, enchanted by the rabbits and guinea pigs at the Stanley Milner branch while she picked out her next book. She strongly believes that libraries are fundamental to building strong communities and vibrant cities, and are for Edmontonians of all backgrounds and walks of life.
