Beth Dixon

Customer Support Specialist at Edmunds GovTech

Beth Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Beth began their career at Logics in 1990, where they served as a Customer Support Analyst & Trainer for 18 years. In this role, they provided customer support and training, and also played a key role in the development and implementation of a new Financial Accounting system. Beth then moved on to become an Account Manager at Logics from 2008 to 2010. After that, they served as a Business Analyst, leading the development of a new Financial Accounting system and providing consultations on optimal usage and business practices.

In 2014, Beth joined The Seven Soft Corporation as a Project Support Engineer, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in project support and management.

In 2018, Beth transitioned to the public sector and joined the City of Raleigh Municipal Government as a Recreation Instructor, a role they held until 2020.

Currently, Beth is working as a Customer Support Specialist at Edmunds GovTech.
