Stephen Hogan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stephen started their career in 2000 at Hi-Tec Systems, Inc., where they worked as a Corporate Trainer, providing support and repair for desktop hardware and delivering training for CompTIA A+ and MCSE certifications. In 2002, they joined South Jersey Publishing Company as a Systems Support Technician, managing desktop and laptop roll-out projects, providing desktop support for employees, and delivering end-user training. In 2009, they were promoted to the role of Network Administrator, where they led server virtualization projects, negotiated pricing with vendors, and managed vendor implementation teams. Stephen also successfully implemented virtualized desktops using VMware Horizon View, resulting in cost savings for the company. Stephen worked in this role until 2014 when they joined Edmunds GovTech as a Network Systems Engineer. Further information about this role is not provided. Before their corporate career, Stephen was self-employed as a Property Manager, where they managed and maintained rental properties, advertised and screened tenants, negotiated contracts, and worked with service providers.

Stephen Hogan holds a Bachelor's degree from Stockton University. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications including Lean Six / Sigma from Atlantic Cape Community College in February 2013 and Situational Leadership and Generational Differences from the same institution in 2011.
