Jamie Epstein

Jamie Epstein is chief people officer, where she is responsible for aligning the company's people strategy with current and future business objectives. Her primary focus is supporting talent, culture and leadership development across the organization.

Epstein joined the company in 2015, where she served as Director, Employment Experience and later Executive Director, Employment Experience, focusing on Learning & Organization Development in which she implemented company-wide initiatives such as a new performance management process, leadership development program and annual learning event.

Prior to Edmunds, Epstein was Director of Leadership & Organization Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Epstein holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School of Communication.
