Brandon McCoy has a diverse work experience in the field of operations, networking, and military service. Brandon began their career as a Powered Production Systems Supervisor in the Air National Guard in 2000, where they gained expertise in troubleshooting and training. Brandon later served as a Client Systems Workcenter Supervisor, leading a team of 14 personnel and managing the Air Force Network. In 2016, Brandon became the Cyber Systems Flight Chief, providing visionary leadership to multiple work centers and ensuring mission success. Brandon eventually became the Chief of Operations for an IT mobile communications squadron, overseeing complex deployments and optimizing operational efficiency. In 2013, Brandon transitioned to Ednetics, where they held several roles of increasing responsibility, including Network Field Engineer and Network Team Lead. Brandon eventually became the Director of Networking, driving a high-performing team and optimizing business practices. In 2023, Brandon was promoted to the Vice President of Operations at Ednetics, where they provided visionary leadership, implemented growth strategies, and collaborated with senior executives to achieve favorable financial results. Throughout their career, Brandon has demonstrated expertise in operations management, strategic planning, team leadership, and technical network solutions.
Brandon McCoy graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, and Finance from Eastern Washington University, where they attended from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Community Colleges of Spokane, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Brandon obtained the following: Certified Meraki Networking Associate from Cisco Meraki in June 2014, CCNA Security from Cisco in May 2014, CCNA Routing and Switching from Cisco in September 2013, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in September 2012.
