Jerek Brown

Founding Principal at Ednovate Inc

Jerek S. Brown, M.Ed, currently serves as the Founding Principal at Ednovate Inc since July 2021 and has additional experience as Principal in Residence. Brown's prior roles include being a Starting Bloc Fellow and an Urban Leadership Fellow with Tech Exchange. Brown also worked as an Assistant Principal of Instruction at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools and held various positions in Atlanta Public Schools, including Site Administrator and International Baccalaureate Instructor. Involvement in education includes a corps member role with Teach For America Metro Atlanta and instructional roles with the Center for Talent Development. Brown earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Harvard Graduate School of Education and is pursuing a Doctor of Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. An undergraduate degree in Political Science was obtained from Morehouse College.
