Siva K. Balasubramanian

Siva K. Balasubramanian currently holds the position of Harold L. Stuart Endowed Chair in Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where responsibilities include advancing research and student experiences while enhancing the university's visibility. Siva serves as Program Director for both the MS and PhD in Management Science, leading significant curricular innovations and initiatives to attract top talent. Previous roles include Associate Dean and Deputy Vice Provost, focusing on academic quality and university re-accreditation. Prior to Illinois Institute of Technology, Siva was the Henry J. Rehn Professor of Marketing at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where notable contributions included directing the PhD and MBA programs and acting as a chief executive for the College of Business. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University at Buffalo, and an MBA and BS from Osmania University.
