Jeffri Idris

Jeffri Idris has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning over 30 years. Jeffri is currently serving as the Director of Operations at EDOTCO Group, where they are responsible for managing the tower operations and operational services for mobile network operators in Malaysia. Prior to this role, Jeffri worked at Ericsson for nearly a decade, primarily focusing on Managed Services Delivery and Sales. Jeffri also held various positions at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, where they were responsible for delivering services to Celcom Malaysia and played a key role in a successful modernization project. Jeffri began their career at Ericsson as an Implementation Engineer and eventually became the Ericsson Local Support Manager, overseeing customer support and hardware services delivery activities.

Jeffri Idris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington during the period from 1987 to 1990.
