Anna DeLuna Ferguson has extensive work experience in various roles. Anna started their career at Doculabs in 2011 as a Business Analyst, where they helped clients improve collaboration and content management through strategic plans. Later, they became the Director of Business Development, responsible for establishing partnerships and connecting technology with clients' business goals. In 2014, they took on the role of Practice Lead, Energy, focusing on applying content management and collaboration techniques for clients' objectives.

In 2015, Anna joined Edovo as the Business Development Lead. Anna played a significant role in expanding the client base from 3 to over 20 in the first year. Anna managed sales and account management teams, oversaw marketing efforts, and authored and executed contracts. Anna also handled the entire customer lifecycle from signing contracts to long-term customer success. Anna implemented a formal CRM system and developed proposal and project templates.

Later, they became the Director of Customer Success at Edovo, where they defined customer KPIs, hosted reviews with customers, and provided executive sponsorship to select clients. Anna managed the Customer Success & Account Management team and handled contract development and negotiations. Anna also designed and implemented customer onboarding processes to ensure long-term engagement and success.

Throughout their career, Anna demonstrated strong leadership, business development skills, and expertise in customer success and project management.

Anna DeLuna Ferguson attended Valparaiso University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Anna'sfield of study during this time was Psychology and Sociology, with a specialization in Criminology.
